Bonnie Jean Smith, 75 of Titusville, Florida passed away on Friday, August 7, 2026. She was born on January 20, 1951 in Omaha, Nebraska to the late William & Jean Earnest. Bonnie owned Heavenly Cakes & Catering in Titusville, FL for many years where she made the astronauts’ cakes for all the shuttle program missions. She enjoyed spending her time with friends and family, especially her grandchildren. She will be greatly missed by her children: Caren Renee Shivel, Jeffrey Gene Allen, Sara Dale Smith, Micala Elizabeth Smith; grandchildren: Garrett Shivel, Stephanie Shivel, Olivia Allen, Haley Allen, Noah Smith, Elijah Smith, Isaiah Smith, Luca DeLeo; Bonnie will be honored in a celebration of life on Saturday September 5th, 2026 at Mitchell Ellington Park, Aneta Ott Pavilion in Merritt Island, FL from 4-6PM.
