Carol Susan Gloude (Kollmorgen) 77, passed away peacefully on March 28, 2026 with the love of her life by her side. Born on July 23, 1948, in Mount Clemens, Michigan, she was the beloved daughter of Marvin "Jack" Kollmorgen and Dorothy Kollmorgen, longtime owners of the Hof-Brau Bar in Fraser, Michigan.

Carol graduated from Fraser High School in 1966 and went on to dedicate her life to her family as a devoted mother and homemaker. On June 25, 1972, she married Clarence Gloude, with whom she shared many years of love and partnership.

She was a loving Mother to her children: Kimberly (James) Hude, Kevin (Brandi) Gloude, and Wendy (Joshua) Oertle. Proud Grandmother to Jenna, Hannah, Joshua, Vanessa, Kason, Jace, Jackilyn, Olivia, KayLynn, and Alexander, and a cherished Great-Grandmother to Eliana.

Carol also held a special lifelong bond with her childhood best friend, Barbara Bauman.

She found joy in the simple pleasures of life. Carol loved camping, spending time outdoors, and especially enjoyed her classic 1955 Crown Victoria, affectionately known as "Venomous Vickie." She had a sweet tooth and loved cake, fudge and ice cream. When she wasn't spending time with family, she enjoyed handheld travel games, puzzle books, and faithfully watching her soap operas, "The Young and the Restless" and "Guiding Light".

Carol will be remembered for her unwavering love for her family, her warmth, and the many memories she created with those she held dear. Her presence will be deeply missed and forever cherished.

Carol is reunited in heaven with her parents Jack and Dorothy and daughter Kimberly.

A celebration of life will be held on May 9th, 2026, at the Infinity Hall and Side Bar (Former Hof Brau Bar) 16650 E. 14 Mile Rd Fraser MI 48026. Time to be determined.
