Elizabeth Ruth Vogt (Mandarino), age 59, passed away on Sunday, April 12, 2024. Elizabeth was born on January 27, 1967, in New York, the daughter of the late William Vogt and the late Janice (Judd) Vogt.

Elizabeth lived in Merritt Island, Florida, and spent much of her life in New York, New Jersey, and Georgia. She earned a degree from Hofstra University and pursued a variety of business ventures, many inspired by her deep love for animals. She was predeceased by her beloved son, Joseph Cossetti.

Elizabeth is survived by her children, Emma, Michael, and William Mandarino; her brother, David Vogt; and her two dogs and cat.
