James Charles Deignan IV, born on May 14, 1954, passed away peacefully, leaving behind a legacy of love and dedication to family and education. A proud graduate of Desales High School in 1972, James went on to earn degrees in Geology and Geography from the University of Louisville.

James retired from Anheuser Busch after 25 years of dedicated service.

He was preceded in death by his beloved parents, Molly Deignan and James Deignan III. He is survived by his devoted wife, Kimberleigh Deignan; his three cherished sons, Christopher, Benjamin (Taylor), and Anthony (Kennedy); and his six beloved grandchildren, Charli, Levi, Lucas, Lawson, Raylan, Liam, his brothers Chris (Debbie) Mike (Jean) and Mark (Jeannie), sisters Joan (Steve) and Patty and nieces and nephews.

Throughout his life, James was known for his warmth, kindness, and unwavering support for his family. He was a mentor to many and a friend to all who knew him. His memory will live on through the countless lives he touched and the love he shared.

A funeral service will be held at 10am on Thursday, November 6, 2025 at Saint Teresa Church in Titusville, FL. A celebration of life will be held in Louisville, KY at a later date. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to a charity of your choice in his honor.
