Jeannette Mary (Tetrault) Pollice passed away peacefully on June 16, 2026, at the age of 89, surrounded by her loving family. Born on February 28, 1937, in Holyoke, Massachusetts, Jan was the daughter of Alma and Albert Tetrault. She was preceded in death by her parents; her six brothers, Albert, Roland, Leo, Ernest, Raymond, and Frances Tetrault; and her two sons, Dean and David Pollice. Jan is survived by her daughters, Debra (Salvatore) Vacca and Darlene Sweeney; 10 grandchildren; 7 great-grandchildren, with two more on the way; her sister, Florence Fernandes; and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and dear friends. Jan grew up in South Hadley, Massachusetts and later settled in Ludlow. She enjoyed bowling, golfing, and trying her luck at the casinos. She also cherished spending time on her back porch watching the birds at her feeder and had a special fondness for hummingbirds. After retiring, Jan moved to Cocoa Beach, Florida to be closer to her children. She loved cooking and was always baking something special to satisfy her sweet tooth. She will be deeply missed by her family and friends, but her love and memories will remain in our hearts forever. The family extends its heartfelt gratitude to Health First Hospice and especially William Childs Hospice House for their compassionate care and support. A private graveside service will be held at Our Saviour's Memorial Garden at a later date.
