Mark Kipling Flood, 68, passed away on October 15, 2026.

Mark was a proud veteran of the United States Army, having served in 1976 with the 2nd Battalion, 1st Field Artillery. He took great pride in having served during America’s Bicentennial year, proudly referring to himself as a “Bicentennial Soldier.”

Mark had a love for art and drawing, finding joy in creativity and expressing himself through his artistic talents. His appreciation for art was a meaningful part of who he was.

He is survived by his three daughters, Anna, Heather, and Elizabeth, and his five grandchildren, Madison, Milo, Maddox, Braylon, and Delilah.

Mark will be remembered for his creativity, his pride in serving his country, and the memories he leaves behind with his family.
