Mary C. Panzini, 77, of Cocoa Beach, FL, and Reading, MA, passed away on June 10, 2026. Born in Sicily on January 2, 1949, Mary immigrated to the United States at the age of seven with her parents and brother.

Mary and the love of her life, Thomas Panzini, first met when she was ten years old. The childhood friends married nine years later, embarking on a beautiful 58-years of marriage and raising a family. As the fierce and loving matriarch of her family, Mary was happiest when surrounded by her children and grandchildren. An exceptional cook and hostess, she brought people together through food and hospitality. When she wasn't entertaining, she could be found on the beach with a good book. She will be long remembered for her quick wit, which could be effortlessly hilarious or biting.

Mary is survived by her beloved husband, Thomas Panzini (79); her brother, Salvatore Paci and his wife Kim; her son, Thomas Panzini Jr. and his fiancée Pam; and her daughter, Gina Simeone. She also leaves behind three beautiful granddaughters, a cherished new great-grandson, and many loving nieces and nephews.

A wake will be held on Thursday, July 30, 2026, from 4:00 to 7:00 p.m. at Cafasso Funeral Home, Everett, MA. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated the following day, Friday, July 31, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. at St. Anthony's Church in Everett, MA. A reception will follow from 12:00 to 3:00 p.m. at Spinelli's in Lynnfield.
