Randy Perkins
Bare
Sep 28, 1942 — Feb 4, 2026
After a long and courageous battle with cancer, Randy went home to be with Jesus, surrounded by the love of all the Angels and Saints. She fought with strength, grace, and an unbreakable spirit, never losing her light along the way.
Born in Maryland, Randy spent most of her life in Miami, Florida before later moving to Merritt Island. No matter where she lived, her heart was always with her family.
Randy was delightful, funny, fun-loving, kind, and generous beyond words. She had a way of bringing joy into a room and making people feel welcome and loved. Her family will forever cherish her laughter, her warmth, and of course, her "Randy-isms"…those little sayings and moments that were uniquely hers and always brought a smile.
She was deeply loved, and she will be deeply missed. Though our hearts are heavy, we find comfort knowing her suffering has ended and that she is now at peace.
To many she was a character, full of wit and a love for her wine; but to us, she was our rock, our support, and our safe place.
She is survived by her loving partner, Richard Moore; her children, Marsha Schenerlein Worster (Ken) and Scott M. Schenerlein (Angie); her beloved grandchildren, Christopher Worster (Tracy), Cordell Rolle (Marla), Julia Worster, Kyle Schenerlein, and Nicholas Schenerlein; and her great-grandchildren, Mason and James Rolle, Kate Worster, and Cassie Worster. She was also joyfully awaiting the arrival of another great-grandchild this April.
Randy also leaves behind her dear sister, Marsha LaPadula; her nephew, Mitchell LaPadula; her niece, Kimberly Manna (Geoff); her nephew, Joseph LaPadula; and her great-nieces and nephews, Peyton Manna, Preston Manna, and Max Manna.
Please join our family for a Celebration of Randy Bare's life at the Rising Tides on March 7th from 3-6.
In Lieu of flowers please make donations to the American Cancer Association.
