Tracy Lynn Nichols, 57, passed away surrounded by family on March 18, 2026. She was born on December 22, 1968.

Tracy was a devoted mother, partner, and grandmother who found her greatest joy in making memories with her family. She loved capturing life's special moments through pictures and videos, preserving the love and laughter she shared with those closest to her. Tracy felt most at peace by the ocean, soaking in the sunshine and the calm it brought her.

She is survived by her loving partner, Rick Baumer; her daughters, Ashley Elizabeth Rowland, Heather Marie Nichols, and Shannon Suzanne Lagano; her father, Gerard Philbrick; and her cherished grandchildren, Sydney Mary-Janne Rowland, Parker Julia Rowland, Chloe-Sky Rowland, Liam Douglas Fitzgerald, Rory Rae Lagano, and Ethan Trace Saczawa. She was preceded in death by her mother, Ellen Cantabene.

Tracy will be remembered for her warmth, her love for her family, and the beautiful memories she created that will live on forever.

A viewing will be held on Sunday, March 29, 2026, from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM, with a service to follow at 2:00 PM at Island Cremations and Funeral Home, 405 South Courtenay Parkway, Merritt Island, Florida 32952.
